The guardraill forming machine is mainly composed of uncoiler,checking level machine, punching machine, the main machine, the formation cutting device, hydraulic station, control system and the product bracket.

1. Feeding

2. Roll forming

  1.1 uncoiler and run into the guide pulley

  1.2 checking level: there are seven rollers working on it, three on the top and four on the bottom. The diameter of the forming shaft is Φ80mm(the shaft material is 45# after thermal refining). The material of the rollers is GCR15, hardening to HRC 58-62, plating hard chrome and supress thickness 2.5-3.0m

  1.3 punch: use the hydraulic punching device (Cr12 die steel hardening, and adjustable around freely)

  1.4 cutting: hydraulic press shearing( the material is Cr12 get hardening HRC 60-62)
